Channel Sales Manager EMEA

At wheel.me, we are on a mission to help people improve the way they live and work by enabling "everything" indoors to move effortlessly on smart wheels. We have invented the first and only autonomous wheel in the world, and now we want you to join our team. We are expanding and are currently in search of a skilled and driven Channel Sales Manager to support our commercial efforts 🚀
This role is located at wheel.me's HQ in Oslo, Norway.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and set annual sales targets with the assigned partners.
- Monitor and analyze the sales performance of assigned partners and customers.
- In collaboration with our Head of Partner Development plan and execute partner strategies in alignment with the overall strategy to ensure we reach our sales targets.
- Facilitate collaboration with assigned partners when engaging end-customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new or existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Actively prepare sales forecasts in Salesforce and reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years proven experience in distribution sales within robotics or automation, and demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other business tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.
